Zoomorphics :
The ancient Celts believed that if you were to make a picture to look like a specific person or animal it would seal their fate and steal their soul. So an ironic theme started in the celt world, the amazing craftsmen and women who made the most beautiful and intricate knotwork started making strange and even simplified people and animals. Thus Zoomorphic came into being. Blending knotwork and portraits to make this beautiful new form of art.
